Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Digital products (such as downloads, templates, or devotionals) are non-refundable once delivered.
How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at [email protected] or [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
    We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? We’re happy to exchange eligible items. Please contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
